You can quickly and easily add solid decking to your pallet racking levels. Adding this pallet rack solid decking to your Pallet Racking will allow storage for items not shelved directly with a pallet. The solid surface is also ideal for keeping smaller items from falling through the shelf.

These heavy-duty 14 gauge steel panels feature three 3″ x 1-5/8″ hat channels welded to the underside of the solid decking. These channels allow for maximum strength and also durability. The pallet rack solid decking panels drop into place on top of your existing pallet rack beams to provide a smooth surface. 36-inch-deep decking can hold up to 8,247 lbs. 42-inch-deep decking can hold up to 6,057 lbs. 48-inch-deep decking can hold up 5,198 lbs.

Between 1 and 3 decking panels may be needed for each pallet rack level. By measuring your existing pallet rack beams first, you can easily determine the amount of panels you will need. The pallet rack solid decking includes a strong and smooth finish featuring a state-of-the-art powder coat application. The process to ensure a finish that is impact as well as corrosion resistant.
