Pallet Racking Uprights

Among all the pallet racking components, the quality and design of an upright are paramount. Republic’s fully welded pallet rack uprights are meticulously roll-formed and come equipped with robust bracing and base plates for heavy-duty support. Precision MIG welding secures the K-brace and cross channels, enhancing strength and durability while withstanding tough conditions. The teardrop keyholes allow effortless beam adjustments on 2-inch centers, ensuring a smooth height modification process without any obstructions throughout the upright posts.

Republic’s teardrop uprights boast an impressive weight capacity of up to 20,600 lbs per pair, and their standard design facilitates compatibility with various pallet rack systems. Pallet Racking Beams

Republic manufactures these pallet racking components with precision, using heavy gauge steel. The roll-formed beams are equipped with three robust studs on each end for easy engagement with teardrop keyholes on the uprights. These beams feature an integrated 1-5/8″ step for decking and come with an automatic safety lock.

Republic offers both medium-duty and heavy-duty options for these components, with starter and add-on sections including medium-duty teardrop beams by default. For heavier items, the heavy-duty pallet beams offer increased weight capacity per level. Beams wider than 120″ should be securely tied together with at least one front-to-back support to prevent rotation under heavy loads.
