Bulk Storage Rack Uprights
Expand your Republic bulk storage rack effortlessly, or craft a personalized storage solution with our welded uprights. Crafted from robust, heavy-duty steel and featuring solid all-welded construction, each upright is fortified with tubular bracing meticulously MIG welded to the post, ensuring unparalleled strength and longevity. These racking upright sections boast impressive load-bearing capabilities, accommodating up to 10,000 lbs per pair of uprights.
Bulk Storage Rack Beams
Our rack beams are meticulously crafted from resilient 14-gauge steel, distinguished by their robust “Z” design. This unique configuration not only enhances beam load capacity but also eliminates wasted front-to-back space. Republic takes precision to the next level by MIG welding the clips securely onto the beam, ensuring that the three prongs engage seamlessly with the rack uprights. To prevent any unwanted beam displacement, a strategically placed fold-in tab is incorporated. Moreover, the beams are thoughtfully designed with a 5/8-inch step to prevent excessive elevation of decking.
Both beams and uprights are readily available in our standard Dove Gray finish, featuring a protective powder coat paint finish that safeguards your bulk storage rack components from the rigors of daily use.
