Features Of Shelves For Clip Shelving

Republic crafts its box shelves from cold-rolled steel, ensuring durability and reliability. These shelves feature a 1-1/4″ face on all four sides, with closed box formations on both the front and rear faces, complete with a 1-1/4″ x 3/4″ bottom flange for added sturdiness. We employ spot welding to secure the box formation to the underside of the shelf, spaced at a maximum 8-inch center. The sides are reinforced with a 1/2″ bottom return flange at a 90° angle, and all four corners benefit from reinforcement through lapping and spot welding.

Offering adjustable configurations on 1-1/2″ vertical centers, these shelves are available in widths of 36″ or 48″, and depths of 12″, 18″, or 24″. Republic ensures easy attachment of accessories like label holders, dividers, and bin fronts by punching each shelf accordingly. With a robust build, these shelves boast impressive weight capacities, making them perfect for storing heavy parts or tools such as wheels, grinders, or sprockets. The shelves come in our standard Dove Gray powder coat finish, providing protection against the rigors of everyday use.
