Rivet Shelving
Republic has been making storage solutions in the USA like our boltless rivet shelving since 1930. This shelving is a budget friendly option for light to medium-duty applications. It is perfect for use for in offices and as retail storage. We have starter and add-on sections with 3 and 4 levels available in pre-engineered setups. You can also build your own custom shelving system by getting individual components.
Uprights And Beams
Our boltless rivet shelving is made up of post uprights and beams. The 14-gauge steel uprights come in 2 different styles. The angle upright is used for standalone sections or at the ends of a row of shelving. The T-post upright is used in the middle sections of a row. The 14-gauge steel beams come in width and depth sizes. They are available in light-duty single rivet, medium-duty double rivet, and a “C” channel double rivet heavy-duty beam. We powder coat paint our double rivet shelving components in our standard Dove Gray finish. This will protect your heavy-duty rivet shelving from everyday use. Assembly And Installation
You can easily assemble our boltless rivet shelving. The beams have rivets that slide into the uprights and slide down into place. For riveted steel shelving that are 60″ and wider require center supports. The center supports are attached to the width beams using included nuts and bolts. They provide added support and help minimize beam rotation under heavy loads. Republic strongly recommends you anchor your shelving to either the floor or wall or both. Make sure the shelving is level before anchoring them.
Optional Decking
Republic boltless rivet shelving has 2 options for decking. You can easily add either particle board or wire decking to your industrial rivet shelving. The particle board decking is 5/8″ thick and we pre-cut it to size so that it fits these rivet shelves. Our wire decking features a 2″ x 4″ mesh made from 6-gauge wire. It has a durable baked on Frost Gray enamel finish.
